Abillity to restrict content, images, URL width in main area

Just another thought. I have seen more than a few examples of content in the main content area (center) pushing the right side of the site out. Generally this is large images. If there was a way in the control panel to limit a max width, then the users could limit it to whatever size their main content area was.

Wierd MySQL Problem

Hi there, I'm trying to replace my phpBB site with ClanTiger, but I'm getting a weird problem. I made an independent User and DB for clantiger to use, and when i did the /install/install.php everything went fine. There structure is on the DB and all the example records are in the tables. But there is no Admin record in the Members table, and if i try and manually enter a Member, nothing shows on the web, and if i click 'Register' it just sits loading for ever. My website is sitrep3.com and atm it's on the phpBB site. Can anyone help?

Forum Bug

Hello people, I have a problem. When me or my members post everything works fine. When I go back to the index of the forum it doesnt display it that something has been posted. http://www.aeternitas.co.nr/ Just check out the forum and you see. Anyone has a suggestion how I can solve this? Thanks in advance.

A few ideas

Very impressed by the CMS so far, and I can only think of two things that could be addressed. I run a large multi-national gaming clan and currently use a heavily modified CMS. Spamming is a very real problem. A cpatcha module which could be re-used to prevent spamming user inputs, like comments, chatboxes, etc. would be a very useful feature. Also with the current version, I have noticed there seems to be an issue with the permission levels and the forums. I have selected no to guests, and guests can still post on the forums. Fixing that issue, and perhaps allowing forum areas to be either public or private would be another very welcome feature.

Coding desgin into clantiger

Hi i have a .psd webdesign that fits with the layout of the clantiger template i was wondering if someone could add this to the clantiger cms for me? if anyone can please reply here Thanks

Changing character requirements...

Is there anyone here who can help/tell me how to change character length requirements please? I get the following when trying to add the IP to my server and would gladly fix it myself if I knew where to go to do it: "This field must consist of at least 11 characters". Thanks in advance for your help!

installation help??

i upload the site to my ftp. I tried chmod 775 and 777 clantiger\modules\setting.php and it still give me "It seems that the settings file is not writable. Please CHMOD the file called "settings.php" to 0775."

Remove "Filter" Box?

Is there any way to remove the filter from everywhere on the website? I only have one clan on there and it seems pointless.

Install bug (FIX)

I know enough about php that when there is no closing ?> its not going to work :] This was myself changing the end to close the statement and the website loaded perfectly thereafter! Think this needs to be amended in the install code

Show stats in flash

Hello there I have a website using the ClanTiger engine which has a theme I made, that uses a flash header. Now what I want to do is somehow take the "total visits", "members online" and "guests online" information from the database. Looked into the "logvisits" table but found nothing. The first question is: Can I do that and write a php code for fetching the information I need from that table? The second question is: How ?

The Settings.php Error.

I added the settings.php file and CHMOD'd it and it doesnt work still. I cant install it. Help me please

Theme Question

Can a theme be considered a theme if it only includes images in a different colour? For example, I've changed the original blue theme to one where the colours are red (mainly) - have a look here: http://www.killermentality.com If so, I'll create more themes with different colours so that people don't have to use the blue things.

My friends and other can't view the pictures?

Hi, i've had a proble since yesterday. When my website is up and running and I go in to it I can see it but when I look on my friends computer and my mom's computer I can't see the pictures only white boxes with a rex X inside. And one more thing. I'm useing the template Glock 47 and when I write in the forum or write a comment on the news I can't see the users infomation and text beacuse the text is white. How do I change that to black? Please help me and say whats wrong. EDIT: I fixed the text.
