- fixed deleting news comment issue

- removed powered by clantiger from title

- re-ordered the load to display correct information
- fixed error page to display correct stylesheet url
- fixed length of ip
- plugged sql injection
- removed slashes if magic quotes is on
Again, we can not stress enough that it is important to upgrade your website. People that have magic_quotes enabled are not affected by this security issue.
